Premarket tobacco application

Federal law requires that e-liquid companies submit a Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in order to continue selling their products in the United States. These applications require that e-liquid companies demonstrate that products are “appropriate for the protection of public health.”

The application deadline for the PMTA was September 9, 2020. After that date, any tobacco vapor product on the market will need to have submitted an application or be removed from commerce.

We are pleased to announce Solace has submitted a robust PMTA application featuring many flavors in a variety of different strengths and sizes. This is a big step for what started as a small company, but it is paramount that vapor products meet these requirements as the industry continues to develop and grow.

Since our inception in 2015, Solace has been fully committed to providing the highest quality tobacco products. We have always chosen to invest in our ingredients, customer experience and processes. We have submitted many flavors to the FDA in a wide variety of nicotine strengths and sizes. Many of these flavors are our most popular sellers from over the years.

We've created a flavor guide to help you navigate our product lineup.  For each of our past flavors from Solace, Salty Man, and Solace Black, we have drawn recommendations to our current products that we think you'll love.

All flavors are available in the following nicotine strengths: 18, 36, and 48 milligrams, as well as in sub-ohm strengths: 3 and 6 milligrams.

All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping (First Class/Priority/Express).

Unfortunately we are only able to ship domestically in the United States.

There are a few scenarios in which you won't be allowed to place an order.  

First, you must be 21 years old to place an order online.  Your age will be verified during your purchase.

Second, we are unable to ship to certain states in the US.  Please click here to view the list of restricted states.

Additionally, we have limits on how often you can purchase from Solace each month.  We are unable to allow anyone to purchase more than 15 bottles per month.

Because of this purchasing limit, we also require customers to either sign in or create an online account to make a purchase from  You are unable to checkout as a guest.

Yes.  We only allow customers to purchase up to 15 bottles per month.  We cannot process orders that violate this limit. You will receive an error message if you try to make a purchase that goes beyond this limit and your cart will automatically be updated so that you fall back below the limit.

We require customers to create and be signed in to an online account to place orders at  We require this to facilitate how many products we sell to each customer every month.  We are unable to sell more than 15 products to a single customer each month.

We offer both a direct online store, and retail shop placements so you can get our product wherever you are in the US. We proudly support every single retail shop that carries Solace in this country, but if you are in need of a particular flavor or strength, know that Solace Online is typically stocked with every flavor and strength we offer.
